Which part is funny? The fact that this jerk is using this woman for sex or that she's too stupid to realize it?
Mostly the too stupid to realize it part.
I think, like the Onion articles, these aren't real people. It's a, um, joke.
I particularly like the bit where she chalks it all up to his "issues."
