Whatever you call it

Nicholas Johnson has an excellent piece in the Press Citizen today about the proposed Iowa Rain Forest. The thrust of Johnson's point is that no one really knows anything about this project and there's no specific plan or budget for it. Until we have some a clear, specific purpose for this project, it should not happen. Johnson says it best with this:
Nine years and there's still no public declaration of specific program focus, detailed construction and staffing plans or budgets for construction, trees, animals and other features, pre-opening promotional expenses and ongoing operations.
Or perhaps it's best summed up with this quote from Johnson:
Either build or get off the lot.
